General Conditions. Hondon Rent A Car

1. All cars are all risks insured with an own risk amount of €300 for group A/B/C, and €500 for group D/E.
2. Minimum age of the driver must be 25 and must have a valid drivers license for at least 2 years.
3. It is only allowed to use the car in Spain.
4. Damages on tyres and/or rims, losing the keys and/or car documents and all costs as a result of omission are not insured and must be paid by the tenant.
5. Fines, charges for towing away by the police or other government institution and all other penalties must be paid by the tenant.
6. The car will be delivered with a full fuel tank. You have to pay the amount according to that category. You return the car with the fuel tank as empty as possible.
7. Payment of the total rental amount and fuel should be done at the beginning of the rental period.
8. The prices shown on this website are including all risk insurance, unlimited kilometers and VAT. Prices are excluding fuel, tolls, parking, etc.
9. In case of a breakdown and/or other defects on the car, you should inform Hondon Rent a Car immediately. If you personally authorise/allow any car repairs or tow away of the car you will NOT be compensated.
10. Not insured, are damages and/or theft of articles/personal items which are in the car. We advise you: don't leave any valuable articles in the car and save your luggage in a place which cannot be seen from outside the car.
11. In case of an accident, you should always warn the police immediately and Hondon Rent a Car as soon possible. DO NOT be premature in giving a confession of guilt but leave the investigation to the police and if it is possible take pictures of the place of the accident.
12. The car may not be used as a taxi, may not be sub-letted, may not be used for pushing or dragging activities and may not be used for a competition or race.
13. The car has to be returned at the place and time which is agreed. You will be asked to arrange this before the end of the rental period with Hondon Rent a Car.
    If you return the car on a later time, you will be charged for the valid day price.
14. In case of damaging the rented child seat, you should pay the cost of replacement or cost of repair.
    We kindly request you to clean the seat before returning it.
15. We will only deliver the car at Alicante or Murcia Airport or at your accommodation by a minimum rental period of one week.When renting the car on a daily base, the car should be collected and returned at our office in Hondon de las Nieves.
